The Grand Bliss is open. We know there are viewers who look at Aimfair.com to learn about Grand Luxxe construction and ownership. We also know that viewers would like to see progress being made with the Grand Bliss.
While in Nuevo Vallarta, we took a number of photos of the Grand Bliss. We are presenting them here for your information and enjoyment. After all, it is another beautiful building on the property and the work done to complete the job is terrific.
Anyone who is staying at the Grand Bliss and who would like to contribute to our photo gallery of the Grand Bliss, please feel free to send your photos on to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Mayan property at Nuevo Vallarta is becoming an important little city, for sure. Enjoy....

Thanks Cher your photos are great! The Grand Bliss is moving right along (looks like there are 9 floors now) and the Bliss is nearly complete.
The Lazy River shot is terrific. Your photos show the extent of the Lazy River in action. Great!

Upgrading is an important part of timeshare development. Buildings age, facilities become inefficient, tastes change, owner demographics change, the economy changes, etc., etc. and etc.
With this change comes complaints. When roaming the forums, one finds all sorts of complaints. One common complaint is about the Grupo Mayan / Grupo Vidanta sales organization and the persistent nature of the sales staff. Another is about the lack of 2 BR units at the Nuevo property. Another is about the long construction processes. Of course there are many others.
Yet, when all is said and done, when finished, the Grupo Vidanta / Grupo Mayan properties are beautifully landscaped, tastefully appointed and managed by courteous and accommodating staff.
Steve and Sandra sent along pictures they took during their last two week stay at the Nuevo Vallarta property. They are of both the Luxxe and Grand Bliss / Bliss buildings.
The Grand Bliss / Bliss buildings are just now taking shape - not quite sticks in the air, as the Luxxe tower was in November 2008. Yet, based on what Steve and Sandra experienced and what we saw in November, construction moves quickly when management decides on the final project configuration.
Although the Grand Bliss / Bliss buildings are not yet high in the sky, construction is moving forward! Lakes are drained, land is being moved and the use of the property is expanding. Soon we will be able to make use of facilities none of us ever dreamed would be available to us.
We hope you will enjoy these photos. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to make your own contributions. Our email address is email@example.com.
